Ingredients
3 lbs chuck roast
1 TBSP oil
2 small onions
1 dash wine or vinegar for deglaze
4 cloves garlic
1 cup stock
1 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP fish sauce
pinch rosemary
pinch thyme
2 carrots
2-4 potatoes
Directions
season and saute chuck in pan, 10min per side, then set aside
saute 2-3 in
deglaze
return roast to pot. close lid & cook on high 45 min
NR 25min
remove roast & cover with foil
submerge potatoes in liquid, stack carrots on top
cook 4 minutes, QR
Gravy - season to taste, then add 1 TBSP starch and saute until thicc
